Delivery time
The delivery time varies according to the ZIP code and the method chosen. In general:
PAC: 3 to 10 working days
SEDEX: 1 to 5 working days
The deadline starts on the first working day after posting, not including weekends and public holidays.
Processing and postage
Once payment has been confirmed, the order is sorted and checked. We usually post in 1 to 3 working days (except public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been posted.
Tracking
As soon as the order is posted, we will send the tracking code by e-mail.
You can track the delivery directly on the Post Office website.
Receiving and checking
When you receive your order, we recommend checking the packaging and the product.
If you notice any dents, tears or damage, take photos and contact our support team as soon as possible.

Yes. On some logistics routes, tracking may not be updated temporarily. If this happens for several working days, please contact our support team so that we can check with the Post Office.
It can happen when there is no one to receive it or due to route restrictions. Normally the Post Office will try again or send it for collection at a branch.
We recommend that you follow the tracking. If there is no one at the address, the Post Office may make new attempts or offer pick-up at a branch.
If the order has not yet been posted, we can adjust it. If it has already been posted, the change may depend on the Post Office's policies. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
